mean that there’s an IT Concepts industrial Fiberscope
for just about every application. Our scope designs have been
honed by experience to provide instruments that are comfortable
to use and capable of withstanding the rigors of the industrial
working environment. The handpiece chassis is made of metal
and this is complemented by insertion tubes that are sheathed
with hard wearing tungsten braid.
All of the backbone components in these Fiberscopes are manufactured
by IT Concepts, including fiber-optic image bundles. Few other
‘manufacturers’ of industrial Fiberscopes can state
this fact.

Over 80% of the Fiberscopes purchased from IT Concepts
are shipped from stock and our customers receive them in a matter
of days. Other Fiberscope providers, including those that offer
gratuitously expensive scopes make this claim, but we don’t
claim to be the same, we deliver!
In addition to maintaining an extensive inventory of Fiberscopes,
IT Concepts is also there when things go wrong. From time-to-time,
and even with due attentiveness Fiberscopes do get broken and require
repair attention. For major and minor repairs, IT Concepts offers
a fast turn around. Customers can also take advantage of our no
hassle repair exchange program that typically puts a Fiberscope
back into the hands of a customer in days. Where possible, IT Concepts
will also repair scopes from other manufacturers.
Custom Fiberscopes
One huge advantage of being a true manufacturer is that we can build
custom Fiberscopes. Inevitably, needs arise that cannot be fulfilled
by one of our standard scopes and we have to be more creative. Frequently
supplied custom scopes include UV inspection scopes with quartz
illumination fibers, grounded scopes and non-conductive scopes.

Super-Flex is Here!
With
many industrial Fiberscopes the joint between the articulation
section and the main insertion tube limits flexibility, or
the lack of a joint means limited articulation capabilities.
